Summary: When you first pull up you see a lawn landscape that is way overgrown. Walking up the steps to get in, part of the wooden handrail is split in half and not safe to hold anyone. Upon entry of the house it is surface clean, but could use a good dusting and cleaning (removing big plant pots with old dirt). The deck has moss all over it and not really usable. The deck furniture cushions were black with mold. The house is equipped for at least 10, but only 6 chair at the dining table and one folding chair. In addition, only 9 plates. The lower level has one bath, which is fine, but with two bedrooms sharing one bath, the bedrooms should be equipped with mirrors and some type of furniture to put your suitcases on or any other personal items. Bed with two nightstands was it. The problem with our suitcases on the floor with our clean clothes in them, was it allowed the earwigs and other little bugs we found to get into our suitcases. Hot tub was a nice feature, but the patio stones around the tub was mostly covered in a green moss, should be power washed regularly, just like the deck. Loved the area and the golf course we played at, but would definitely book another place to stay.
