3) cancellations
- please ensure you read and understand the cancellation policy once you have booked We provide free cancellation with a full refund within 24 hours of booking regardless of the policy, allowing you time to acknowledge and understand the terms of your booking. After 24 hours the policy you have booked is now applicable.
4) damages, missing items or unexpected cleaning
- all breakages and damages must be reported to mibnb Failure to report them will likely result in an extra charge applicable to the cost of the damaged items. No contents are to be removed from the property. Charges apply if an item/s is taken and not returned.
- damaged, torn or stained linen, sheets, towels, donnas, quilts, pillows and couches will be charged at the applicable replacement cost
- if extra cleaning is required this is charged at a per-hour rate with public holiday and weekend surcharges applicable
- if there are any charges applicable after your stay we will communicate these with you including providing photographic evidence for your reference
5) pets
