home is located on a quiet street and has been updated throughout with top of the line finishes At approximately 2600 sq ft, you should find it to have ample room for multiple families. There is an additional 500 sq ft in the garage which is used as the game room. It is heated/cooled, however it will most likely vary some from the house temp as it is not as well insulated and the thermostat is located inside the house.
the pool is huge and has a sunshelf for the kids to play on!
hooked up is a whole house water softener that will leave your skin feeling soft! not to mention there are a total of 3 water heaters which will make it tough to run out of hot water
master bedroom is large with a walk-in closet Master bath contains probably the largest soaker tub you have ever seen. Shower has 3 shower heads - one regular, one rain shower head, and another sliding head for regular showering or shaving legs, etc. You can change the function to use 2 of the 3 at the same time.
each bedroom has a smart roku tv
indoor fireplace is functioning You will need to buy your own wood/fake logs. Outdoor firepit is located in the middle of the table by the umbrella and will require logs/wood as well.
