Positive: Location was great Home was clean and quiet and had lots of room for all of us to gather and eat and play games Nice patio to hang out on BBQ grill was great and in working order Plenty of plates and glasses for meals Had a minor maintenance issue and owner was very prompt and friendly remedying it for us.
Negative: No air conditioning and holes in some of the screens so when we opened them to cool house down mosquitoes joined our group. As we had someone in our group that has a disability it was difficult for them to get down the flight of stairs from parking lot to the cabin and nothing was mentioned of this in the original listing. No place to park and unload and there is a karen who lives in another unit who will scold you if you do.
Summary: we had a fun stay and were able to make some amazing meals in the kitchen.
