• please read: the neighborhood is a quiet family neighborhood Loud parties are not allowed and will result in a ($) fine. We ask that you do not play loud music past 10PM, for the sake of the neighbors and community here.
• ids and security deposits will be requested for all confirmed reservations
• we have the right to report and prosecute all credit card fraud
• you will need a car to get to the house If you have friends/Family meeting you, they can take the Trailways bus to Windham or the train to Hudson and you can pick them up, but the house is not walkable from all public transportation.
• no illegal drug use of any kind inside and outside of home
• no pets allowed
• please do not use white towels for makeup removal
• when using firewood indoors in the fireplace or outdoors at the firepit, please make sure to extinguish the fire safely and never leave it unattended
