Located on the third row from the lake on an elevated position, you have a spectacular 180-degree view of Lake Havasu. The wrap around patio has a pool table, dart board and plenty of room for a friendly game of Corn Hole.

The kitchen has granite counter-tops with bar stools for socializing while preparing meals. Ice maker in the garage. The master bedroom has a king size bed with its own private bathroom. The bathroom was just completely remodeled and includes a skylight. The second bedroom has twin over full bunk bed with a pull-out trundle bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin over twin bunk bed also with a pull-out trundle.
