* grande pièce de jour avec parquet au sol , canapé 4 places et méridienne ,écran plat 85 cm , canal +,freebox ,poêle à bois scandinave à haute combustion, salle à manger , baie vitrée à galandage de 4m50 s'ouvrant totalement sur le jardin
* cuisine fonctionnelle qui rappelle l'ambiance bistrot ( piano gazinière 5 feux et four xxl ; réfrigérateur ; armoire congélateur ; hotte 90 cm ; micro-ondes ; planches de boucher..) tout en étant bien équipée (Tiroirs coulissants , lave-vaisselle , lave-linge , sèche -linge ; autocuiseur ; robot ménager ; cafetière Nespresso , bouilloire , grille-pain, vaisselle variée ) .
* salle de bain spacieuse donnant l'impression d'être dans un hammam avec son immense douche à l'italienne en marbre et son revêtement "tadelakt" sur les murs(radiateur soufflant et sèche-serviettes )
