Welches Resort is five minutes away, with golf, groceries, restaurants and more. Sitting on 1.5 acres above the Sandy River, Haven House is quiet and private, yet easily accessed. You will find ample parking and the single level layout allows accessibility for all. Pets are welcome with approval.

haven house offers a large gathering space with fireplace, supersized tv with streaming apps and a brand new kitchen with everything you’ll need to keep your group well fed Three bedrooms on the main floor – the spacious en suite River Room, the Mountain Room and the Forest Room – all provide comfortable, creatively decorated spaces for relaxing and sleeping. There is also an inviting attic bedroom for kiddos or others, complete with Roku television and two twin beds.
