Gym has dumbbells, pull-up bar, treadmill, squat/bench rack, yoga ball, jump rope. Exterior deck has outdoor couch, lounge chairs, table, umbrella. . Table and chairs in gazebo thats on the water. 2 kayaks and life jacket included to use, 1 paddle board. No jetskit. Driveway is large and can fit 6 cars. Master bedroom has exterior balcony.
