1 The property has a second waterfront dwelling which we rent out separately on short stays which is completely separate and private. noting thatthis has a shared driveway and shared beach and waterfront access which can also be rented out (2 bed 1 bath - stargazers cottage)
2 We have an onsite manager (Henry and Deb) who takes care of the grounds, and property and can take care of any requests you may have during your stay. you will not be disrupted by them; however, you may see them in and around the gardens taking care of the property. They are very respectful and discrete.
