Summary: The lister seemed new to hosting. The online listing said check-in time was 3PM. A few hrs before the check-in time, I was contacted by the host and told the check-in time was 4PM. I contacted the host and asked that I be able to check-in at the time I was given. They said they'd contact their cleaners and get back to me soon. I was kept waiting for a response for close to two hrs. They were able to let me check-in a bit before 4pm but not right at 3pm. The entry/key system used was different than listing too. It seemed like a glass bottle of water exploded in the freezer. Broken pieces were loose or frozen to the bottom. There were already cooked toaster waffles left in the toaster. I had to go buy my own toilet paper as we were only given one roll for a multiple night stay. During check-in, I asked if our key badge would let us into the pool too. The host said yes. I went to the pool the following day and found the door locked and required a pin number that I was not given. I messaged the host for the code and did not get a response for another couple hrs.
