We love that the condo has underground private parking with an elevator to our condo, we love that there is a large flat screen HD TV in the living room and separate flat screen HD TV's in the bedrooms so everyone can watch what they want, that the kitchen has everything we need with all the modern amenities (granite, stainless appliances, hickory cabinets, etc...), that there is a hassle-free gas fireplace in the living room on an automatic thermostat which draws fresh mountain air into the condo, humidifiers that balance the dry mountain air of the Rockies and that the master bathroom has its own jet tub.
more unique benefits of this on the slopes condo: we love the convenience of being able to walk out the condo and be on the slopes within a few steps of the lifts that take us everywhere we want on the ski mountain Nothing beats taking off the skis, storing the gear in a heated locker and taking the elevator to the condo where a cozy fireplace and a quiet cozy condo await. We love to be able to work out in the fitness room on the 1st floor and stretch out the muscles before taking to the slopes. It's great to know that the kids can come and go as they please without worrying about where everyone is on the mountain.
