this is not a party house, there is a very strict noise policy in place with noise sensors It is located on a quiet street, you don't like noisy neighbors? They don't either ;) Up to $350 fee per noise violation. We keep the right to cancel your booking for multiple violation of this house-rule. If code enforcement is called or drives by, they can issue you a $1200 fine as well.
this is a non smoking property 500$ fee for special smoke odor removal cleaning fee. We have smoke detectors in place that alert us to cigarette and marijuana smoke indoors. You will be fined and asked to leave with no refund of remaining nights.
