this 3200 sq ft single story sits on nearly half an acre of private landscaped grounds Enjoy Westerly backyard exposure for year-round sun. The home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath, split master, gourmet eat-in kitchen, pool table, washer/dryer, 75" HD LED TV in living room with surround sound, 55" HDTVs in the master and game room, and 42" HDTVs in the remaining three bedrooms. HD channels, blu ray player, WIFI, multi zone central air, monitored alarm system, large covered patio with misting system, saltwater pool/spa, three putting greens, large private front courtyard, outdoor BBQ, and garage parking .

the master bedroom is furnished with a king size 4 poster bed The master bath features his and hers vanities, jetted soaker tub, separate shower and an extra large walk-in closet.
the 2nd master has a queen bed and its own private bathroom with tub and shower
two additional guest bedrooms each have a queen bed and easy access to the adjacent bathroom with two vanities and a separate tub/shower
plenty of linens and towels are provided
other amenities: the large saltwater pool with waterfall grotto will keep you cool in the warmer months and can be heated in the cooler season (spa heat is included, pool heat additional $45/day fee) Relax on the patio while you barbecue on the built-in natural gas grill.
