set right in nature, the property extends over 2 levels and is built into the hillside, you enter to the top level and where you are met with a massive open plan kitchen that flows seamlessly to the dining room with a huge tasmanian blackwood table and leather chairs that can seat 10+ guests Continuing on we have an open plan lounge with Huge Corner Leather Lounge Suite with Recliners and a 85" Inch TV. adjacent to the open plan living area is a 14 metre, wrap around balcony with sweeping north facing views over the swimming pool and bush/forest
on the same floor we have 3 bedrooms, all with queen size beds and 1 room with a bunk bed (double and single bed), all have bed side tables and built in wardrobes - the master bedroom boasts a full en-suite bathroom and there is also a 2nd full bathroom with seperate shower and seperate bath on the same level for general guest access
downstairs is an additional bathroom and 2 more guest bedrooms as well as laundry and direct access to the large fenced and gated swimming pool
you are nestled right in the forest on a quarter acre of land surround by the native australian bush
