the completely new and attractively furnished villa is south-oriented and has the sun all day long The villa is located on 1 level (a few steps at the front door), has 4 spacious, very charming bedrooms, 3 complete bathrooms, a spacious living room with gas fireplace and a kitchen. The spacious kitchen has a large glass front that can be opened completely, so there is direct contact with the garden, terrace and swimming pool. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold).
the large covered terrace (naja), just like the cabana with the large dining table, is cozy and next to the spacious, heated swimming pool (9x4) There are plenty of lounge areas all around in both the sun and shade. The complete outdoor kitchen is ready for a delicious BBQ. For cool days or the evenings you can use the jacuzzi, romantically located under the 150-year-old olive tree.
