2 Garbage Collection: The Black Cart will be collected biweekly on Tuesdays. The Green Cart will be collected biweekly on Wednesdays. The Blue Cart will be collected weekly on Wednesdays. The bins are in the driveway. Please roll the bins in the street during its scheduled pick up.
3 No Shoes Indoors: To maintain a clean and comfortable environment, we kindly request that guests remove their shoes upon entering the house. Shoe racks are provided at the entrance for your convenience.
4 Quiet Hours: We value a peaceful atmosphere for all guests. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am. Please be respectful of your neighbors during these times.
5 Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is anytime after 4 PM and check-out time is at 10 am.

Any violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of the reservation, and guests are expected to leave the premises without delay.
7 No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and around the property. Any evidence of smoking, including lingering odors or remnants, will result in a $600 fine charged to your booking. Violation of this rule will also lead to termination of the reservation, with guests required to leave immediately.
8 No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pets policy. Please do not bring any pets onto the premises. Violations will incur fines of 200$ a day, and guests found in breach will have their reservation terminated and be asked to leave immediately.
9 Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed is 8. This number must not be exceeded, and all guests must be registered in advance.

16 Please do not eat on the bed. Our kitchen is equipped with basic essentials and has enough space for dinning.
17 Please make sure to clean or load all your dishes to the dishwasher with dish detergent before leaving the house.

22 Checkout Compliance: Lastly, guests agree to follow the checkout instructions provided by the host prior to their departure. Failure to comply may result in an additional cleaning fee of up to $1000, depending on the condition in which the property is left.
