the kitchen is well equipped for those that enjoy cooking while on holiday, with a generous 5 ring gas hob and electric oven, plus a home from home essential for many, a nespresso coffee machine
the large sliding patio doors provide easy access to the courtyard, perfect for al-fresco dining
the dining room has long table suitable for 6 to 8 diners The large wood burning stove keeps the space extremely cosy in the winter months. (A basket of kindling & wood is provide free from October to March). The downstairs cloakroom leads off from the dining room. The Living Room features a large modern internet TV, with ample seating for six guests.
the first floor comprises of two double bedrooms, one king and one queen, plus the main family bathroom The Principal bedroom with ensuite shower is accessed via a narrow staircase to the top floor. The room features a King size bed, and has stunning views across Marshwood Vale and at the rear panoramic views of Lyme Bay. All bedrooms have modern internet TVs. All beds have feather and down duvets and pillows, with Egyptian cotton bedlinen. Each room has an extra blanket.
