this luxurious property located at beautiful moffat beach is where you will be staying Just a 3 minute walk to the ocean, a selection of alfresco restaurants and cafes, speciality shops and even an award winning brewery ... this location is certainly hard to beat!
the stunning large family home takes full advantage of its northerly aspect to create light filled living spaces and allow cool ocean breezes to circulate throughout the home no aspect has been overlooked!
upon entry you are greeted by the vast open plan living area, surrounded by bi-fold doors that open onto the pool with relaxing pool-house, and outdoor dining areas This seamless indoor-outdoor living is superb. The living space has ample room for the entire family to sit back and relax. There's a wood burning stove for the winter months (starter pack of wood supplied) and ducted air-conditioning throughout the home.
adjoining the living area is the spacious kitchen It is very well equipped with all the appliances and utensils that any budding family chef would require. There is an elevated 12-seat dining table perfect for gatherings to enjoy a meal and spend special time together, with 3 high chairs also available. Coffee? Bring ground coffee (starter pack supplied) to use in the large plunger/cafetierre and stovetop espresso maker, also four cafes are only a 3 minute walk away.
on the main level are 4 spacious bedrooms, with a capacity of 9 adults, or up to 11 with kids The master suite overlooks the glistening pool, has an inviting King bed and boasts a large walk-thru robe leading to the ensuite. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have Queen beds. Bedroom 4 has a double-bunk bed and a single with trundle that can combine to be a queen; we recommend max 3 adults in this room or up to 5 children. Two travel cots are also available and bed guard on request. There are 2 full bathrooms and separate toilet that service this level.
the lower level of the home features a theatre room (chromecast, blu-ray with netflix, wii), a large garage with pool table, table-tennis table and laundry, and a trampoline in the garden There is also driveway parking and extensive street parking. A bus stop is located conveniently out the front should you require transport.
