the main and upper floor are dedicated for you The upper deck and the lower deck as well as the back yard are only for your use. The garage can be accessed from the driveway but there is limited room for a car. The basement is separately rented by long term tenants who have their own separate entrance and have their own outside patio area on the side of the house. There is a 4th bedroom on the upper level but it is locked and used for my personal effects. There is also a locked room off the kitchen as it also has personal effects..
