apartment 1121 at the alexander is a beautiful and newly renovated apartment (april 2015) signature corner suite consisting of 3 bedrooms (3rd bedroom is converted den) and 2 full bathrooms It is a 1200 square foot corner unit with 20 foot balcony that has ocean views to the east, southern corner, and western intracoastal city views. Gets sun exposure all day and breathtaking sunsets. Master bedroom suite with 2 queen beds and own private bathroom. There is a 2nd large guest bedroom with 3 Twin single beds. Additional full guest bathroom. The 3rd bedroom, a converted den, has either a sofa sleeper or we can provide an additional rollaway bed. Apartment has fully equipped kitchen, double bowl stainless sink, refrigerator, freezer, ovens, microwave, cookware and serving utensils, a large living room and dining area seats up to 8. Washer/dryer in apartment. Wi-Fi and flat screen TV's.
