1st floor:
the living room has a gas fireplace, tv, and window seats There is seating for 12 at the dining table and 8 at the island. The kitchen is equipped with a Subzero, 2 dishwashers and a Wolf range, wall oven, and microwave. It has everything needed for the gourmet chef. There is Sonos sound for the patio, kitchen, dining and living areas, media room, and 4 King bedrooms. There is also a powder room and laundry room located on the 1st floor.
