The quiet Vestal Street neighborhood is conveniently located on the edge of Town, a short walk to Main Street, yet still central to many of the Islands most beloved landmarks and beaches. Updated for 2024 with 100% brand new pillows and bedding (Serena & Lily and Pottery Barn) throughout the home.
enter from vestal street through the covered front porch into a warm foyer To the left are a large laundry room, an open office, and a powder room. To the right, the first floor opens up to an open concept living and dining area with a large kitchen outfitted with top of the line appliances including a Sub Zero refrigerator, Wolf gas stove, and Bosch dishwasher. A large center island is the focal point of this area and offers bar seating, perfect for gathering. The open concept living area with large TV and Sonos Soundbar opens through double French doors to the outdoor patio complete with a pool, cabana, and space for outdoor lounging. A large king suite completes this floor complete with a walk-in closet and a beautifully appointed ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a glass-enclosed double shower.
the second floor is home to three large bedroom suites The primary suite is light and bright offering a king bed, two generous closet spaces, double sinks, a large shower, a soaking tub, and marble details throughout. The other two suites on this floor each have a queen bed as well as a dedicated ensuite bathroom with shower.
the lower level basement has a large tv and another sonos soundbar as well as a rec room with ping pong table and a powder room, plus an additional bedroom suite with 2 full/double sized beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower
the house comes stocked with everything you need to enjoy all of nantucket without any worries - linens, towels, soap, and shampoo are all included, as is use of a cooler, beach towels, umbrella, and beach chairs The driveway offers parking for up to 2 cars, and this property is dog friendly (additional fee applies).
