- there is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home A fee starting at AED500 will be applied if there is any smell or sign of smoking inside the home.
- early check in and late checkout is available upon request (depending on availability, not guaranteed) for an additional fee Late checkout must be requested 24 hours in advance. Any late checkout requested less than 24 hours before will be denied.
- checkout is by 11am Any late checkout without permission will be charged a AED100 fee. Please respect our checkout time as our cleaners need the time to prepare our home for the next guests.
- we can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests at any given time It's for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners. If desired, guests may have up to 4 guests with an extra guest fee of AED150/night per guest (with permission from host).
- you will be assigned a designated parking area and all vehicles must park in the assigned area
