▶no pets without prior approval, or a $500 fine will apply With approval, a pet fee of $50 per pet applies every 3 nights with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. all pets must be house trained –the pet fee will not cover the additional costs if your pet soils/damages any aspect of the unit
▶no smoking of any kind indoors smoking indoors will result in a $2000 fine (please smoke at the designated area outside)
▶keep noise levels to a minimum in the evening
▶mail/parcels can not be sent to this address
▶all food deliveries must be picked up in the lobby

▶if you lock yourself out of the unit, a $200 emergency fee will be applied to have someone come unlock the door
