Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located upstairs on either side of the loft area. Multiple flatscreen TV's and Sonos Sound System throughout the house and in outdoor living space. Spacious backyard oasis w/ high end outdoor furniture, fire pit, lap size pool and plenty of space for relaxation. A 2-car garage available to guests for secure parking and a charging station for electric vehicles. A fence may be put around the pool for families with toddlers, and a pack-n-play, high chair and other child friendly items are available at the home for your use. The home also comes with a street legal golf cart which can be rented by the week for $500. There are 4 cruiser bikes at the house (bike helmets and bike lock) for complimentary use during your stay. VIP beach passes are provided offering 4 cushioned comfortable lounge chairs and 2 umbrellas and 2 side tables set up by Oceanside Beach Service every day of your stay - servicing Deerfield Beach to Jupiter Beach.
