• the property sleeps 14 guests across 7 beds, up to 6 additional guests are allowed at the property if prior agreed with the hosts this totals 20 If more guests than this arrives everyone will be asked to leave without a refund.
• no smoking within the property a charge of £250 will be made if evidence of smoking is found
• no illegal drugs of any nature within the property fine of £250
• no shoes please additional cleaning charge may apply @ £25 an hour

• anything left within the kitchen cupboards please feel free to use
