•please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater.
•adult supervision of children on the property at all times
•no shoes inside the property
•no smoking of any kind in the house A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present.
•climbing the ladder and accessing the open space above the rooftop is prohibited for your safety
•no parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays Right to cancel reservation without refund.
•checkin time is 4 pm - 2 am
•no extra / overnight guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
