Come an enjoy this luscious tropical very private yard and pool area. You will have a pool all to yourself to enjoy. For a romantic couples get away, girls retreat or vacation with the family. You will not have to go very far to enjoy yourselves. With the screened in porch, BBQ and pool area just outside your door. The beach is at the end of our street a BLOCK away. In the opposite direction is the Indian River/Bay only 2 blocks away. Where you can enjoy fresh water fishing off the pier or kayaking. May-Sept. the turtles are nesting right on our beach. We saw 4 on our first early morning excursion. Hatchling immerge into Nov. There are multiple parks close by with tennis, pickleball, basketball, volleyball and bocce ball courts. A Children's park and playground are also within walking distance.
