Excellent gateway to visit, just 7-10 minutes walking from both Saint-Mark square and Rialto’s Bridge area (it depends on the path u choose), no Grand Canal to cross, perfectly deseved by transports (3 waterbus stops in the nearby, the closest just 1 min. walking) the area is not a massive tourism target yet and still preserves charme and sensations of times gone by. Penetrating the quiet narrow streets, the "calli", around the buinding one discovers the "Campi", characteristic small squares of Venice with their old-fashoned flavour and the small family-run restaurants which offer menus of exclusive special dishes of local tradition. It is the only and last Venetian area where old manufacturers and small local art galleries still survive. small daily local markets selling fresh products of the region can be also found in the surroundings

Due to its particular layout (dining area is separated by the living/TV) Amaryllis can accomodate up to 6 adults in three separated rooms. All beds are comfortable single and every sleeping configuration request can be easily satisfied (two single can be firmly fixed and made on a double, and reverse).
