Two bed cottage on two levels only a short drive to the fantastic beaches at Plouhinec or if you want to venture a bit further take a drive to Quiberon and the Gulf of Morbihan.. Located on the Ria D'etel and a 15 minute walk to a sea kayaking school.Just outside the village of Sainte Helene this is an ideal base for exploring the Morbihan coast.The house has two bedrooms with two single beds in one and a double ensuite upstairs. If you do not want to use the upstairs bedroom either for mobility reasons or to be closer to small childrens bedroom there is also linen in a downstairs double bedroom if preferred. Please note that we only rent the property as a two bed for a maximum of four people.
there is a comfortable living room with english satellite tv,(french tv also available), wi-fi, dvd player,playstation 3, and plenty of books and dvds to choose from It has a fully equipped kitchen and toilet and shower room. Towels and bed linen are included.Outside there is a decked area with table and chairs and a barbeque. The garden which surrounds the house is fenced and secure for small kids to play in. This house is on its own private land and therefore not part of a complex where you would be sharing with other families.
