5 KEYS: to return any access keys and remotes with a $50 replacement fee for every lost key and $250 for any remote or entry FOB. The best thing to do after checking out, is take a photo of your keyset, and text us you've left the keyset behind and have checked out.

8Noise and neighbors- must keep noise to a minimum and reasonable level from 9pm till the next day. This is not a party house. If any issues with noise and parties, whether small, medium, or large, we will submit a claim and not return the security deposit we hold.
-we use noise monitoring sensors (noiseaware) to detect noise (not recording), and if we receive notifications of excessive loud noises, we reserve the right to evict you after several attempts of us asking you to reduce noise
9 Please be aware that there is a security camera installed at the garage outside the door. It is against our rules to tamper with or unplug this camera.
