Summary: Casa Dardano was wonderful…while the house is super old (and has lots of history), it was very comfortable. While the house was fine, it was the owners, Paulo and Carla, that made our stay very special and memorable! Both were so warm and welcoming it felt like we had two new and special friends. Between providing restaurant recommendations (and helping with reservations), giving directions, introducing us to the local folks at the market, setting up wine tastings, etc. They are very special people and hope to stay in touch. The only potential negative was the lack of a TV (the ad specifies one) not a problem for my wife and I but could be an issue if you bring kids.
