The adjoining screened-in porch is a pleasant place to relax, allowing in the ocean breeze. It has the best views in the house, with floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors on 3 sides. The master bedroom, den, and a bathroom with shower are on the ground floor, and two additional bedrooms and a second bathroom (with tub) is on the second floor. The multilevel deck with a dining table and barbecue steps down to the backyard, where you can relax on Adirondack and hammock chairs. A short path leads to the house's private dock.

our house is only a 15 minute drive from the shops and restaurants of boothbay harbor and damariscotta, and less than 10 minutes from wiscasset We are minutes from a variety of hiking trails, Coastal Maine Botanical Garden, local micro breweries, Edgecomb Potters, and renown oyster farms. Pemaquid Point Light house and Sandy Beach are 25 minutes away, Bowdoin College is a 30 minute drive, Freeport is 40 minutes away, and Portland and Camden are both a 1 hour drive.
