Summary: I have mixed feelings about the property. On one hand it was very conveniently located for me. I didn’t receive any check in instructions from either the property manager or VRBO. I reached out to the manager at the time of check in and didn’t hear back for 3 hours. I eventually reached out to VRBO and got her phone number so I could get the codes to get in. I had to reach out separately for WIFI info and didn’t get any instructions on what was expected for check out as I’m used to. Overall the apartment was suitable but could use a deep cleaning. At first glance it is clean, but when you look at the air filter it is filthy and the baseboards haven’t been wiped down for a long time. Overall the neighborhood is fine and quiet.
