downstairs has two queen bedrooms, a large shared bathroom (with shower, bath and toilet), a separate second toilet, and a laundry with an additional shower The living, dining and kitchen are all open plan and outside there is a huge rear entertainer's deck, and wrap around verandahs. The kitchen is equipped with a a Smeg coffee machine, please bring your own ground coffee if you would like to use it.
upstairs has two dormer window style bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and one with 2 single beds and a double bed The garage has been converted to a games room for the kids, with pool table and table tennis table.
