This spacious house in peaceful neighborhood has it all -- hot tub, new in-ground pool, outdoor grill with outdoor dining set. This home is 3 floors and sleeps up to 8+ppl, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with gas fireplace, separate living/playroom on basement walkout level. The main floor has master bedroom has a king bed with an en suite bath with large double shower and huge soaking tub. Second bedroom/kids room has single bed. Third floor has two separate bedrooms one with king bed and other with full bed. Also avalibke is one Queen air mattress for extra guests. The house has Wi-Fi/TV’s set up in living room and playroom, and two of the four bedrooms. Close to NBA hall of fame, MGA casino, Six Flags of New England, The Big E, Sonny's Amusement Center. The house has a fenced in back yard for your dog(s) separate from fenced in pool area for safety. Plus a separate playroom with games and toys for you little ones downstairs. *This is our family home which means our family belongings (pictures, books, toys, clothes) will be in the house during your stay. Toys and belongings are left for use during your stay but we ask that whatever you use you clean up at the end of your stay. **This is NOT an income property and is only rented when our family is away. The separate inlaw/guest house on the property is occupied year round. The guest house will also have access to pool/backyard area but they will likely stay out of your way during rental stays. The pool is NOT a private area and may be being used by others during your stay. Everyone is happy to share the space with guest during there stay.**.
