The community of Hawthorne includes 2 clubhouses and 2 pools, one is right to the entrance to the Chesapeake Cove Subdivision and the other larger clubhouse and pool are near the main entrance. Additionally there are 2 tennis courts, and an exercise room as well as sidewalks throughout for miles of scenic walking and jogging.

~ our seasonal rental coach home is located on the first floor and it comes with an attached 2 car garage and driveway
~walk to the community pool, spa and fitness which is just across the street from the driveway, see the aerial view to see how close it really is!
~ the sleeping accommodations include the following: a king bed in the main bedroom, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the den
~ guests can enter from the side (front door) as well as from the garage
~ there is a full sized laundry room with a washer and dryer
~ the large, screened lanai can be entered from the family room and main bedroom and it has a spectacular view of the lake right behind the home
~ the lanai has seating at the outdoor dining table for 6 as well as 2 swivel chairs to relax on
~ indoor dining areas include a 4 top breakfast nook in the kitchen as well as 2 barstools at the kitchen counter
~ there are 2 bikes available in the garage for guests to use to bike throughout the community during their stay with us
