no parties or groups allowed on site No Smoking!! Parking located on street directly in front, you'll enter the historic victorian home through the covered porch. The artist studio can be found on the first floor, so you'll head up the stairs to your private luxurious accommodations. You enter into the inviting living room with plenty of lounge seating, a breakfast table and smart TV. The modern kitchen to the left including full size refrigerator and floor to ceiling windows looking toward Downtown. The kitchen has all the amenities you could dream of, highlighted by the backsplash custom painted by the artist for the space! To the right you'll pass through the bookshelves to the bedroom with king bed fitted with high quality linens, tranquil lighting and of course more beautiful artwork! The bedroom also contains another smart TV. The walk in closet has the washer/dryer Ironing board and plenty of room for clothes storage. The bathroom has a custom tiled shower with infinite glass and beautiful accents. The artwork found throughout the home is painted by the artist, and are for sale. you can also request the contact information from us, and we will put you in touch if you're interested in a custom piece!
