Summary: For starters, they take a copy of your credit card when you check in. There is $100 refundable that possibly might not get refunded to depending on how you talk to the manager at the lodge. The rooms didn’t come with the trashcan. We had to go buy your own pillows and blankets. You had to pay to use the ice machine there and the continental breakfast is actually a snack to go kind of items and you’re only allowed to take one serving. The office was not always open for breakfast on time. Some of the managers and owner has poor customer service skills that are very necessary for this type of business
