Rustic Cabin in the beautiful mountains. 15 minutes to Costco, Walmart and restaurants. Downtown Prescott is only 25 minutes away and Lynx Lake 10 minutes. Seasonal stream that you can hear from the bed when the window is open. Lots of trees and wildlife around and lots of hiking trails. There is a nice patio with a Weber BBQ on it for some Chilling & Grilling.

driveway is pretty steep awd would be best, if it's dry 2 wheel drive works fine
not much phone service here but they work fine when on the wifi
not a lot of bells a whistles afterall it's a older rustic cabin Kitchen appliances are dinosaurs amazing that they work great as old as they are. They don't make them like this anymore. There is a newer fridge and a new propane on demand water heater.
