1 There are families living in the building. We hope you understand that noise is a concern for them, especially after 11 pm.

3 If you reserved a parking pass, please send us the plate license number on the day of your arrival.
4 We can provide early check-in before 3 pm or late check-out after 11 am upon availability. An extra fee of $20 per hour will be applied for the extra time of stay.
5 No wet swimming suit, tanning lotion, or makeup on the sofa or bed. Do not wipe makeup with the towels we provide. We will bill for permanently stained towels and sheets.
6 We love and welcome animals. However, you must disclose that you are bringing a pet in advance and pay a $100 additional fee.
7 For any issue or complaint, we will try to resolve them within 24 hours. We do not issue refunds.
