Positive: The location was really good, the balcony was large and spent a lot of our time there, the bathroom had many storage area and overall was clean and tidy. Bonus point for the pool.
Negative: The devil hides in the small details, and it is very true for this apartment. The balcony blankets were super dirty, we found plates with mould on, the kitchen was disfuntional. Locking and unlocking the door sounded very modern, but sometimes we struggled due to lack of signal.
