Positive: The kitchen was useful. There is a very good bakery close by. Parking was not a problem. The manager was helpful.
Negative: It is a third story apartment. You have to climb a staircase to get in. When the sun is out the third story becomes too warm. During a rain shower the noise on the roof is loud. Lots of pigeon noise when the windows are open.
Summary: Acceptable for a short stay.
