the 3km access road to the villa is a typical italian white road, ie. a gravel track so careful driving is recommended. We maintain it every year but sometimes a rainstorm can create an uneven surface so please bear this in mind. a low slung sporty car would present challenges!

The cottage is totally separate from the main villa but we allow access to it via the side steps next to the farmer’s field. Apart from this the cottage doesn’t share anything with the main villa..
