the whole property lies within an attractive wooded enclave in the countryside, and has delightful gardens with fabulous views over the fields and hills of the roannais towards the beaujolais
there is a superb swimming pool (10mx4m) in landscaped garden grounds (this is only shared by owners of Le Cuvage.) there are two other individual properties that make up the original
'pressoir' The 'barn' apartment is the only rented property on site. There are no other holiday rental guests.
