main house
the main house offers over 5,000 sq ft. of refined living space, featuring five generously sized bedrooms and five full bathrooms. With multiple living areas and soaring ceilings, the home blends comfort, functionality, and sophistication. The gourmet kitchen boasts modern appliances and custom cabinetry, making it ideal for preparing meals for family and friends. Accommodations include two primary suites, each with a king bed, two additional bedrooms with king beds, a trundle room with two trundles (each featuring a queen on top and a twin on the bottom), and a loft with a sleeper sofa. The main home accommodates up to 16 guests.
please note: the sunroom offers great views, but due to its glass design, it may get warm during the day and won't hold a consistent temperature Keep the doors closed as much as possible to retain the inside temperature.

overlooking a scenic canyon with year-round live water springs, the guest house features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and nearly 1,800 sq ft. of recently renovated space. Rustic charm meets modern comfort, making it an ideal retreat. This home has two kings in separate bedrooms and a queen bunk bed, for a total of four beds that can accommodate up to eight guests.

the pool house is a cozy one-bedroom with a king bed, one bathroom, space spanning almost 1,400 sq ft. It provides direct access to the resort-style lazy river and pool, hot tub, and fire pits, making it a perfect spot to unwind. This home accommodates 2 guests, but can accommodate 3 if someone would like to sleep on the couch.
