you can enter this 3000 sq ft home from the front door on liverpool st, or through the parking area and back yard off decatur st Through the back entrance, you`ll come into the remodeled kitchen first, passing through a hallway to the grand dining and living area (which makes up a majority of the first floor).
in the front entrance, there is a main staircase all the way up to the third floor, offering the widest and easiest route to the bedrooms There is also a rear staircase traveling from the kitchen pantry area, to the second floor landing, and continuing on the third floor rear bedroom. The rear stairs are carpeted for quieter passage at night.
both the second and third floor have master bedroom suites with king beds, and adjoining bathrooms The second floor master has a seating area by the front window. The third floor master includes expanding sleeping (twin trundle bed), and pack and play.
