Large, well-stocked kitchen with many appliances, pots and pans, and numerous utensils. All cupboards are labeled with what is in them. Two desks with chairs for any work-related needs.
the house is in star valley ranch, which is a resort-type location with 3 golf courses, a pool, tennis courts and pickleball courts (for a fee), three canyons that you can hike, and a large reservoir about 20 miles away it is a very quiet, uncrowded place and very relaxing!
our home has a large game room downstairs with pool table, ping pong, foosball movie area and more We have a large outdoor deck with a barbeque grill, firepit, table and chairs, and an incredible view of the mountains.

yard is 05 acres and has grass in the back. outdoor games include cornhole and spikeball (not in winter, however!)
