the house is located within a secure gated community
on the first floor there is plenty of space to have some leisure activities There is a pool table, fire place, TV and large sofa. Modernly equipped kitchen with all appliances: two refrigerators, stove-top, oven, microwave, coffee-maker, electric kettle, popcorn machine and central island gives lots of space to cook and a dinning room to gather with friends and family.
there are four bedrooms:
